Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of onyoga you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on in this document. 

GENERAL

  1. All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable.

  2. Purchases of products are only refundable in new and unused condition up to 10 days after purchase.

  3. All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.

  4. Payment must be made upon booking. No students will be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event as unpaid unless it is a free or donation based class. Unpaid classes or membership payments will be back-charged.

  5. Onyoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.

  6. It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.

  7. Classes at Onyoga may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury or property loss.

  8. You will follow all instructions given to you by onyoga teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

  9. In attending classes at onyoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against onyoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  10. Onyoga reserves the right to refuse entry.

  11. Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.

  12. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.

  13. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.

 

 

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ETIQUETTE

  1. Workshop and event cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the start of the reserved workshop or event. If you do not attend or cancel within 14 days of start time, you will be fully charged for the workshop and will not be able to use the credit for a future workshop.

  2. Credits will not be provided for enrollments canceled by student.

  3. Please cancel if you are unable to attend a class or workshop to make your space available to others.

Yoga Classes

  1. Gear to bring: mat and towel. If you do not have a mat, we have a limited amount of yoga mats to lend you.

  2. No shoes are allowed in the yoga studio space.

  3. No cell phones are allowed in the yoga studio space.

  4. Please review Studio Etiquette in advance.

Introductory Offers

  1. Our new student specials are only available to brand new students, no matter how long it has been since you have been to a class at onyoga.

  2. Only one per student is permitted.

  3. All promotions are non-transferable and non-returnable and cannot be shared.

  4. Clients found to be buying the Intro offer more than once will be charged any additional class costs they may have incurred.

 

Monthly Auto-Renew Memberships

  1. Monthly auto-renews cannot be shared.

  2. You will be charged the agreed upon price on the same day of each month for your auto-renew.

  3. Membership fees will automatically be charged to your credit card.

  4. You can update or change your credit card in your online account or in studio.

  5. Auto-renews can be frozen for costumers with long term illness as long you have a note from a doctor, or due to relocating . Your subsequent monthly auto-payment will shift forward by a commensurate number of calendar

    days. Pause requests must be in made in writing by emailing kristian@onyoga.no . Please allow 48 hours to process request.

  6. Your auto-renew can be cancelled at any time in writing by emailing kristian@onyoga.no. If you cancel, you may lose your existing rate. Please allow 48 hours to receive and process your cancelation request.

  7. If your monthly auto-payment fails for any reason, your membership may be cancelled and/or you may be assessed a fee.

  8. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the monthly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, onyoga reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed.

  9. Onyoga is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.

  10. If auto-debit payments fail for 2 payments or more, onyoga may cancel the membership and you will be ineligible to sign-up for an auto-renew membership in the future.

  11. All account debts must be settled before cancellation of membership can be finalized, this includes all late cancellation and no show fees incurred.

  12. We reserve the right to cancel memberships.

What information do we collect and where is it stored?

Personal Data:

  1. Your first name, last name, phone number (optional), and e-mail address as provided by you contacting us through www.onyoga.no

    1. This information is stored in:

      • Google: If you provided us with your first name, last name, e-mail address, and phone number by filling out the contact us form on our website, your information is collected and stored on onyoga’s GoogleDrive on Google.

        • Your information can only be accessed by onyoga.

  2. Your full name, postal address, cell phone, email address, emergency contact name and phone number, and date of birth, provided by you when registering to schedule and purchase classes at onyoga

    1. This information is stored on YOGO. It is used as a way to contact you about account issues and promotions, and as a means of providing safe service to you.

    2. Your Information can be accessed by onyoga at any request.

    3. If you would like any of your information deleted, please email kristian@onyoga.no

    4. You may be asked to store your credit card information. This will be completely voluntary and used to more easily sell you services from onyoga

    5. If you subscribe for the monthly auto-renew you will be asked to give consent to store your credit card information for future billing. Should you ever cancel your auto-renew, you can email kristian@onyoga.no to delete your stores information.

All such information is strictly protected and used only for delivering the content and products the user has signed up for or purchased. This information is never used for other purposes and is never shared with 3rd parties for their own use. This data can be deleted at the request of the consumer as long as it is in compliance with the signed contract.

Processors/Vendors Used Who Collect Information:

Kristian and onyoga, uses some processors/vendors to run as a business. These include:

1.  YOGO to create account, schedule classes, make purchased, and collect automatic payments.

2.  The onyoga team to create emails and promotions.

3.  Squarespace to host our website.

4. STRIPE to store payment information.

www.onyoga.no does not share your information with these processors/vendors. Information will only be provided to these processors by YOU in order to sign-up at these sites. The information collected by these processors is stored by them.

Existence of Individual rights:

As a consumer of products and services offered by onyoga, you have the right of:

  • Access to your personal data – to know what data is stored where.

  • To correct personal data where it is incorrect or incomplete

  • To delete personal data as long as it is not necessary to uphold your signed contract

  • Restrict/suspend processing of personal data in compliance with your signed contract

  • Complain to a supervisory authority

  • Withdraw consent at any time unless doing so goes against what was agreed upon in your signed contract

  • Object to processing in compliance with your signed contract

Anonymous Usage History (non-Personal Data)

This information is strictly limited to the history of activities that you engage in while on our site. It does NOT include any personally identifiable information.

The purpose of this information is to improve your experience.

There is a small subset of this history that we use with 3rd parties, such as Google or Facebook, for the purpose of measuring and improving the efficacy of advertising campaigns.

Some of these third parties, aggregate such information across many websites. This allows them to identify users who are more likely to be interested in specific offerings like fashion, sports, education and so on. Please see the privacy policies of Google and Facebook for more information.

What are cookies and how do we use them?

Cookies: Like many other commercial sites, our site utilizes standard technologies called "cookies" and clear GIFs to collect information about how our site is used. A cookie is a small data text file, which a website stores on your computer's hard drive (if your web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to us. Cookies were designed to help a website recognize a user's browser as a previous visitor and thus save and remember any preferences that may have been set while the user was browsing the site.
